I am a digital archaeologist and heritage consultant specialising in immersive storytelling, archaeogaming, and public engagement with heritage and archaeology.

I hold a PhD from the University of York in Digital Archaeology, which explored digital storytelling in archaeology. My first MA is in Archaeology, Architecture and Heritage Management with a focus on the use of AR for the recreation of ancient landscapes, and my MRes in Archaeology and Classics focused on storytelling and osteobiography.

My research is concerned with the use and evaluation of digital media and storytelling for communicating archaeological research to the public, as well as ethics around the handling of human remains and the decolonisation of cryptocolonised heritage.

I’m highly specialised in the creation, use, and evaluation of digital media for public engagement and knowledge dissemination, especially regarding academic research results. I’ve been using AR, VR, and MR for a few years now, and I’ve been involved in various museum and heritage projects, providing my expertise in digital media implementation.
